Payments
We use PayPal and Direct Deposit for all payments. For Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies regarding PayPal, please view these via the PayPal Australia website. Handbrag has no record of credit card details used for purchases. Handbrag only receives payment confirmation from PayPal.
For direct bank deposit, please contact us prior to placing an order for banking details and to receive a confirmation e mail regarding your order. Simply use the Contact Us tab to send us your order details.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is paramount at www.handbrag.com.au
In the interest of quality we ask that you assess your purchase immediately to determine that it meets your expectations. We regret that we are unable to accept or exchange any returned items which are damaged or stained in any way.
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for change of mind, but we will happily exchange. Please note that goods are returned at the purchaser’s expense to www.handbrag.com.au. These should be returned in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain intact and the item has not been used.
At www.handbrag.com.au, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer accessories. If for any reason your product is damaged when you receive your goods we are more than happy to assist you with correcting the problem. Please contact us by completing the 'Contact Us' form. If your item is incorrect and not what you ordered please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form and we will ensure the fastest service to get the incorrect item back from you and to replace you with the correct item you ordered.
Privacy
Handbrag undertakes not to disclose any information provided by customers on the Website to third parties. Any such information will be treated as confidential. It will only be used internally for the purposes of processing orders.
Warranty
For items advertised and sold with manufacturer's warranty, Handbrag requests customers initially contact the manufacturer or supplier for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.
Spencer & Rutherford manufacture handbags and luggage to the highest standard using quality leathers, fabrics, woven and manufactured textiles. Our high standards of manufacturing and quality control enable Spencer & Rutherford to provide a warranty covering the guarantee of our craftsmanship for a period of six months from the date of retail purchase on all Spencer & Rutherford products.
Due to the delicate nature of some materials used in our products our warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE any trims used such as feathers, beads and lace. General wear and tear or any damage resulting from carelessness after purchase is not covered. All products returned as a warranty claim must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase (receipt). If a receipt is not provided at the time of repair you will be responsible for a charge for your repair.
If you require repairs to a Spencer & Rutherford item that has exceeded its warranty period, has trim problems or is affected by wear and tear, please feel free to contact repairs@spencerandrutherford.com if you have any questions on our warranty policy. All repairs that do not fall under warranty will be charged, customers will be advised of repair costs for approval before the repair is completed.
Warranty and repairs procedure:
1. Email repairs@spencerandrutherford.com for a Repairs Authorisation Number
2. Your product return MUST include
a. Your Repairs Authorisation Number
b. A copy of your proof of purchase with your Order number
c. A brief description identifying the specific problem and style of product
3. If your purchase is not covered under warranty, it will be sent to our repairs department for a quote.
You will be contacted in due course to approve the cost of repairs.
Most repairs take two weeks to complete (not including delivery time), this can be confirmed when you are provided with a repairs authorisation number or at the time you approve the repairs.
You will receive an email outlining the correct delivery address (Australia for all handbags, USA for luggage items ordered from USA) for the package; please note that goods will be returned at the purchaser's expense and the delivery address will be at the discretion of Spencer & Rutherford.
Promotions
Promotions offered by Handbrag are to subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift With Purchase - any GWP is only available while stocks last. When a GWP is offered with a minimum spend amount, this does not include any shipping or handling fees. An order must be placed and paid for in full for a customer to be elgible for the GWP offer. Any orders placed before a GWP promotion will not be eligible, regardles of shipping dates.
Discount Offer - a discount voucher is given at the discretion of Handbrag for purchases to be made within three months of it being issued. The terms and conditions when using a discount voucher are clearly explained on the discount voucher card. Each discount voucher has an expiry and will be valid until midnight on the expiry date.
Only one promotion offered by Handbrag can be used per order and no two promotions can be used in conjunction with each other.
